Taste: Fresh, very drinkable, with a pleasant flavor profile enriched by harmonious notes that bring out the wine’s sincerity and balance.
The Sangiovese and Merlot grapes are fermented separately. The grapes are delicately pressed, then steeped and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 to 15 days at temperatures of 28–30°C. Daily pumping over ensures the complete extraction of phenolic compounds from the skins. After malolactic fermentation, the wine undergoes lees contact development before blending. It is then aged in bottles for at least 60 days.
